The Bengals enter the year with TO and Pacman on the roster to lead the league in me personalities. TE Gresham may have the biggest impact for Cincy giving a large red zone target for a ball control team on the road. The Bengals defense ranked 6th in scoring in 2009 and 7th in pass defense. The defense may even be better in 2010.
The $18M dollar man Tom Brady has his contract extension but is still missing Pro-Bowl G Logan Mankins and Nick Kaczur could be out with a bad back. This a transition year for the Patriots defense and it could be a rough start against the Bengals who seem loaded on offense this year if they open up the game plan. Bengals CB Jonathan Joseph and Leon Hall are 2 top notch cover guys and match up well. CB Adam Jones will be a nice nickel back against the Pats.
Bengals opened as +6 point road dogs and sharp money came in early moving the line to current 4.5. Take the Road Dog Bengals in week 1 and the points.
