Both teams will play their 1st preseason game of the year with the Jets missing Darelle Revis and getting a ton of hype with their reality show and a brash Rex Ryan being Rex Ryan. Expect the Jets to bring the pain as they blitzed the most in the NFL last year and will they will be practicing their new defensive schemes on the Giants. Giants front eight on defense looks good this year and expect Tom Coughlin to blitz just as much when he sees Eli taking pressure. Jets starters should play until the start of 2nd quarter. Like the depth at QB for the Jets with Brunell and Clemmons who started for the Jets back in the day. Jim Sorgi and Rhett Bomar for the Giants will be putting up a few fumbles and INTs under pressure. Jets are used to max protect after their first year of protecting the Sanchize.
