Week 3 preseason football will have the Saints and the Chargers playing their starters for half the game. San Diego is dealing with their star holdouts of WR Vincent Jackson and more importantly OL Marcus McNeil. Tra Thomas signed as insurance has retired. Chargers offense has not been great in the preseason and you can expect Norv Turner to worry more about the health of his QB than willing the game. Norv will have his conservative play calling rather than 4 WR sets. The Saints rolled last week with a great performance by Chase Daniel who will get another chance to showcase his stuff to win the #2 QB spot. Saints offense at home is incredibly dynamic. Chargers historically do not travel well to the East Coast. Saints should cover this and will probably play their starters a bit longer than the Chargers.
