Pennington Signs With Dolphins - Bookmakers Say Miami will Win Six Games
August 9, 2008 - Chad Pennington has signed with the Miami Dolphins for a reported 2 year deal worth $11.5 million. Pennington will be reunited with Miami VP Bill Parcels who drafted QB Pennington with the NY Jets in 2000. The rebuilding Dolphins were seeking an improvement at QB with recently signed Josh McCown, 2nd round pick Chad Henne and John Beck competing for the starting QB spot. Pennington is expected to be the starter.
