The Bears blew a 10 point second quarter lead against the Lions despite gaining 222 yards and 2 touchdowns out of the run game. Jordan Howard led the team with 125 yards and a touchdown on just 15 carries. Mitchell Trubisky struggled at quarterback finishing with a 53.6 rating. He completed 18 of 30 passes for 179 yards, 1 touchdown and 0 interceptions. His favorite target was Adam Shaheen who had 4 catches for 41 yards and the team’s only touchdown. Defensively, they were able to sack Matthew Stafford three times and recovered a fumble. They did a good job against the run limiting the Lions to just 65 yards on 24 carries, which is an average of 2.7 yards per run. On the year, the Bears defense has allowed their opponents to score 22 points and gain 337 yards per game.

Chicago will have home field advantage in this game and is favored by 13.5 points. They have gone 6-3-1 against the spread this season including 2-2 on the road.
