NBA Playoffs - Western Conference Finals - Thunder v. Spurs Game 5

Both NBA Conference Finals are experiencing an interesting trend; teams are winning at home and losing when they are away. The Western Conference Finals pitting the San Antonio Spurs against the Oklahoma City Thunder at Game Five tonight in San Antonio with the series tied two a piece.

Home court advantage will likely play a huge part in tonight's game favoring the Spurs who are a 5-point favorite to win Game Five. If San Antonio can get Tony Parker playing like he did in Game One of the series the deal should be sealed so long as Serge Ibaka and Kevin Durant keep their game tight.

If Oklahoma City wants to upset the Spurs at home they will need two things. First, do what they do best, make steals. Second, start hitting free throws which they have lagged behind the Spurs all series.

Making free throws on the road will is tough enough, for the Thunder to improve while on the road in the playoffs... pick the Spurs.
