NBA All Star Futures

The NBA All-Star game usually takes place in the mid-season - in February each year since 1951. However, in 1999 there was a lockout, and hence, no game had been held that year. Meanwhile from 1951 to 2017 a total of 66 games took place, with the record of total number of points in 2017. At an All-Star NBA game, we have all the best players in addition to players from other leagues competing against each other.

In 2019 the NBA All-Star game will take place on February 17 and it will be the 68th game in its history. The city location of the game is different each time and this year it will take place in the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Recently the National Basketball Association announced that this year's NBA All-Star Draft will take place on February 7, at 7pm. The teams will be officially announced during the NBA's All-Star Draft Show. So the community will get to vote for team rosters which will be nominated by the NBA All-Star Game team captains. The voting is now open and it will be concluded on January 21 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
