NFL and Caesars Partnership
NFL recently, on January 3, 2019, announced the interesting partnership with Caesars Entertainment marking it as the first time for NLF to partner with an online casino at league level. And hence the online gaming company is the first ever Official Casino Sponsor of the NFL. As to the recent announcement, the official partnership will become officially functioning during the 2019 playoffs. As a result of the partnership, Caesars will have the rights to use NFL trademarks such as Super Bowl in the UK and U.S. while it still remains officially not confirmed, many sources suggest that the deal is worth around $30 million per year. Both of the sides had earlier shared positive opinions and feedback regarding the new partnership expressing high hopes for long-term future partnership. The partnership of the sides is confirmed to be solely for online gaming and hence sports betting and other are not included. In addition, many may know that 7 of NFL franchises already have a partnership with Caesars Entertainment, which follow the same approach of only online gaming. The list of the seven companies include: Atlanta Falcons, Baltimore Ravens, Chicago Bears, Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans Saints, Oakland Raiders and Philadelphia Eagles. The partnership also was reported to not include data sharing from both sides. Caesars Entertainment giant online entertaining platform operates leading sportsbooks in 3 States including Mississippi, Nevada and New Jersey. A new State of Pennsylvania is planned to be added to the list soon as well.
